Coaches

Coaches are not permitted to enter the pitch during playing time for any reason except to act as a bona fide part of the medical support team. In particular, a coach is not allowed to enter the pitch at any time in order to enter into a discussion with the referee about their decisions (unless of course the referee has expressly invited the coach on).

It is up to the referee whether they are prepared to enter into a discussion with a coach about the match during half time. The general rule is that any half time discussions will be with the captains and not with the coaches. You are all of course expected to make yourselves available at a reasonable time after the final whistle for any sensible discussion about issues that arose during the match.
