It is vital that you keep your availability up to date on Who’s the Ref (www.whostheref.com). That is the record that the appointments team will use to make match appointments. If WTR shows you as unavailable, the appointments team will not chase you.
If circumstances change and you have to decline a game, that’s fine but you must notify the appointments team immediately and provide a short explanation in the notes section on WTR.
